Town Clerk – Town of Jackson

The Town of Jackson is seeking a skilled, motivated, senior level administrative professional to join our team in the key position of Town Clerk. Under the general direction of the Director of Internal Services, the Town Clerk provides execution, management, coordination and oversight of specific functions of the Town Clerk’s office including Council meeting agenda and packet coordination, preparation, finalization and publishing; Council meeting polling and scheduling; workday and evening Council meeting minute taking, transcription, and publishing; paper and electronic records management and oversight including ordinances, resolutions, contracts/ agreements, and municipal code; and legal advertising compliant with Wyoming State Statutes and Jackson Municipal Code. Council meetings regularly occur 2-4 times per month with at least 2 of those in the evening. There are also additional special Town Council meetings throughout the year usually occurring during the workday.

Public Works Director – City of Cody
The City of Cody is seeking a Public Works Director to oversee the overall operations of the Public Works Department.
- Salary Range: $110,792 – $128,485
Key functions include: Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all departmental operations. Developing annual budgets and overseeing the expenditure of public funds. Managing capital improvement projects, including engineering, right-of-way coordination, and construction oversight. Preparing RFPs, selecting consultants, and administering contracts. Participating in public meetings and communicating infrastructure plans. Supporting long-range infrastructure and utility master planning efforts. The Director supervises department leadership including division superintendents, engineering staff, and administrative personnel.

Public Works Maintenance Operator – Town of Bear River
Public Works Maintenance Operator - Town of Bear River
The town of Bear River is accepting applications for a Public Works Maintenance Operator. This position will perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks that are involved in construction, maintenance, and repair of Town streets, parks, buildings, sewer system, Joint Powers water system and other public facilities. Applicants must either possess or have the ability to acquire a Level 1 water, level 1 sewer license and a CDL license.
